Birch Project Management Methodology
Projects bring together resources, skills, technology and ideas to achieve business objectives. Good project management helps to ensure that risks are identified and managed appropriately, and objectives and benefits are achieved within budget, on time and to the required quality.
Birch helps its clients review their business and channel strategy to determine the best course of action. Often, the advice Birch will provide is not necessarily to do everything at once sometimes it is better to develop and deploy solutions in phases and to use the feedback received from users to drive further development.
The Birch Project Management Methodology (BPMM) is founded on the PRINCE2 methodology for “product-based” development, meaning the project plans are focused on delivering results.
Each process is defined with:
- Key inputs and outputs
- Objectives to be achieved
- Activities to be carried out
Projects are driven by the project’s business case which describes the justification, commitment and rationale for the deliverables.
